Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Final Year Student or Fresh graduate from any majors (Business, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Psychology is preferable)
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skill, problem-solving capabilities also decision-making skills.
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision also Fast-paced, independent thinker.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in english, both verbal and written
  • Superb in processing data (collection & analysis) and expert in operating excel
  • Good stakeholder management and demonstrated leadership abilities in projects

Job Description:

  • Analyze data and assist the Service Quality & Experience team also provide recommendations for operational improvements
  • Coordinate with different internal stakeholders to ensure close collaboration within different functions
  • Ensure customer complaints are attended to in a prompt manner and satisfactorily resolved.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of handling process to customer also confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • Propose a sustainable workflow for several key projects that can grow our metrics
