Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the administrative follow up, organization and preparation of the elements required by the Administration and to drive sales (sales targets, sales territories, information systems, events, etc.).
  • Collect, restore the information entered by the sales force. Handling claim from distributors.
  • Provide the necessary follow up and information for the organization of business meetings (regional)
  • Equip the sales force with the appropriate resources and materials to achieve their objectives (sales points, information leaflets, etc.)
  • Ensure budgetary monitoring of the sales department
  • Be the main contact for regional and business managers for commercial activity in the field
Requirements:
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree and have at least 1-2 years of experience as Sales Administration and Controller
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Understand the working process flow in consumer goods industry
  • Understand the administration system and flow in distributor
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java
  • Has to commit for 5 months contract
