Job Description

Job Descriptions :
  • Assisting the Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head in the supervision, implementation, maintenance, and repair of safety equipment to ensure the safety and security of visitors.
  • Implement daily maintenance programs of fire safety equipment (hydrant, sprinkler, fire detector, jockey pump, health, and safety facilities).
  • Plan & facilitate training for the safety system and the use of building facilities.
  • Do the building fire equipment daily checking.
  • Monitor the availability of safety equipment in the stalls at the food court (cylinders, gas stoves, faucets, etc).
  • Ensure there is no potential danger within and after the operation hours.
  • Handle P3K (First Aid) in the area and monitor the supply of the necessary medicine.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Environmental Health Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Have a K3 certificate will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office).
  • Willing to be placed in Mall Mangga Dua Area, Central Jakarta.
