Job Description

You will have a front row seat in navigating the growth of LB, both in our own channel and in the marketplaces. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support in managing and executing all things related to digital and chat commerce marketing. You will closely work with the Senior Marketing Executive, Marketplace Executive, LB Creative Team and LB Chat Commerce team. Your responsibilities will be but not limited to executing in-house digital ads, utilising marketplace’s marketing tools and building and executing customer retention strategies through Chat Commerce. If you have creative ideas about how to drive growth in Marketplaces, engage our existing customers better and have experience in Marketing, we’d love to meet you! Ultimately, you will be part of the Marketing team to transform Love, Bonito to become the best and most thoughtful brand for women for all things fashion and lifestyle.

Main Responsibilities

Marketplace

  • Budget set up for marketplace ads on Facebook Business Manager
  • Lead day-to-day copywriting for each marketplace creative.
  • Manage, execute and optimize in all respects of in-house digital marketing for each marketplace.
  • Optimize marketing tools for each marketplace.
  • Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points.
  • Generate ideas around LB growth, identify gaps and opportunities in the existing strategy for Marketplace.

Own-Channel Digital Marketing

  • Budget set up for in-house ads on Facebook Business Manager
  • Lead day-to-day copywriting for ads creative.
  • Liaise with the digital marketing vendor for monthly budget set-up and improvements.
  • Manage, execute and optimize in all respects of in-house digital marketing.
  • Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the existing strategy for current in-house digital marketing.

Chat Commerce

  • Continuously develop interesting, innovative and creative copy for customer retention through chat commerce.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to create catalog content that speaks to our existing customers to retain them.
  • Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points.
  • Becoming the Marketing pillar for Chat Commerce team to brief campaign related tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with current Chat Commerce technologies and trends.

Requirements & Experiences

  • Proven work experience as copy writer or digital marketer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective communicator and an influential team player.
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
