Job Description

The Global Nielsen Media Client Service & Sales team provides modern and effective services that meet client needs quicker, while giving Nielsen more control over how we service our clients. We will create capacity to elevate the work we do with clients to focus on market impact and business growth. We are at the forefront of customer experience and become an agent of change as we embrace automation to navigate the complex needs of our industry and continue to be the industry leader

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Quality Control before the data are being released to the market Troubleshoot and maintain Nielsen software in the clients Handling client queries Conduct training for clients Release official communication to the clients
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Information Technology backgrounds are preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst will be preferred ( (although fresh graduates are also welcome to apply) In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel Knowledge about Macro VBA or Google App Script will be a great advantage Fluent in English both spoken and written
