As the eCommerce Manager for J&J Consumer Healthcare, you will lead the implementation and adoption of best-in-class scalable eCommerce capabilities, solutions and processes. You will report to the Head of Digital & E-Commerce for J&J Indonesia and partner closely with regional and local partners across Brand, Marketing/Commercial Development, Communication, Finance, and external partners of marketplace and agencies to embed and operationalize capabilities within the business to drive eCommerce sales growth, deliver compelling shopping experiences, purchase intent, conversion and align with business and marketing objectives and strategies.
