About the Role Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our HR Data & Analytics Lead. In this role, you will be an integral player within People Operations. This role will analyze employee-related data such as personal information, professional background, performance, productivity, and employee survey. Maintains and updates employee information in the human resources information system (Workday) and ensures data is accurate. Interprets results to assist in planning, developing, and suggesting human resource management decisions used for staffing, productivity, and training. The folks in the GTF People Operations team(s) will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will band together to enhance the company's operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards
Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes
Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction
Partner with GPA & GPS team from Gojek side regarding Analytics and Data function and process
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree is required, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in a HR Data & Analytics Role
A comprehensive and proven HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment
Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
Knowledge of data, reporting, and analytics
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and team effectively at all levels
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
Good English communication skills
About the Team
Our People Operations team is a big family of over 50 team members stationed in Indonesia, India, Singapore, and the Philippines. The gist of our role is to be a strategic operations partner in delivering people operational excellence to further scale GTF. Working closely with the various COE teams, it's our job to ensure we offer an exceptional employee experience for all of our GTF employees.
