Job Description:
The Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst will be responsible in supervising the delivery of all assigned transactional activities and assisting the leaders in meeting the target. Tasks and responsibilities include:
· Supervising the activities performed by the processing team within Manila Delivery Centers
· Providing assistance to and coaching team members regularly
· Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
· Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
· Ensuring compliance to all client-published policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
· Monitoring production issues and escalating challenges and issues as needed
· Ensuring adherence to SLAs, metrics and targets
Skills and Qualifications:
· Open to college graduate and undergraduates with relevant work experience
· N1 to N2 JLPT Linguistic Competence Level
· Must have at least 3 years of work experience
· Must have work experience in managing a small to medium scale team
· Excellent communications skills in Japanese and English languages
· Experience in SAP is an advantage
· Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
