Job Description

Officer Human Capital Communication will work as part of a team to implement Bank's internal communication strategy related to Human Capital policies and initiatives starting from compiling, editing, and correcting material to ensure quality consistency align with the brand guidelines.

Arrange an attractive and easily understood communication materials in the form of presentation material, infographics, posters, photos, videos, and others.

Distribute and publish communication materials to employees through e-mail blast, SMS blast, intranet, video blast, posters, and other media.
At least Bachelor degree (S1)

Solid experience in video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and retouching skills

Creative storyteller – enjoying good story creation

Have good understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc.

Be agile – fast to adapt in various environment

Good attitude, communication, andtime management

Demonstrable video editing ability with some strong portfolio.
