About the Team:
The SEA Content Ecosystem team is at the center of SEA Operations. Internally within the Operations Team, we take the requirements from Country Operations, Vertical Operations, etc. Cross functionally, we collaborate with Product Management, Trust and Safety, Algorithm and AI Lab teams for information acquisition, communication and internal synchronization, raise requests, problem feedback/solving and project cooperation, etc. to build a healthy Content Ecosystem on TikTok.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor the quality of daily content to ensure community ecological security
Perform video moderation and content review to give valuable insights into the region's content ecology
Capture up-to-date trends in and out of app

Internship Duration:
Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following timeline and duration:

Minimum 4 months, at least 3 days a week. Priority may be given to candidates who can commit to 5 days a week or for a longer duration.

Currently enrolled or graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program
A minimum of 4-6 months, at least 3 days a week commitment is required,
Highly sensitive to social media issues and latest trends
Good communication skills, with strong English skills for both written and verbal
Good teamwork spirit and positive working attitude
Familiar with TikTok platform
