Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mencari supplier baru dan menjaga relasi dengan existing supplier.
  • Melakukan kunjungan lapangan untuk keperluan sourcing barang.
  • Membuat daily purchase order berdasarkan forecast and demand.
  • Memproses dan mem-follow up payment finance kepada supplier.
  • Mengurus dan mem-follow up jadwal inbound dari supplier dan quotations pada sistem.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan warehouse admin terkait sinkronisasi data inbound.
  • Membuat perencanaan order.

Requirements

  • S1 jurusan Ekonomi, Finance, Administrasi Bisnis atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun.
  • Berpengalaman di FMCG, Ritel, E-commerce merupakan nilai tambah.
  • Self-starter dan keterampilan analitis yang kuat.
  • Detail dan strong dalam organisasi.
  • Keterampilan spreadsheet yang sangat baik.
  • Kemampuan untuk mengelola beberapa permintaan dan proyek.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi yang kuat.
