  • Support day to day talent management activity (manage talent data and reporting),
  • Support the preparation and implementation of talent development programme (i.e. Coffee Morning, Mentoring, Lead with Purpose, Leadership Odyssey),
  • Create planning for talent programme monitoring and evaluation,
  • Support the project in Talent Management & PRUUniversity team
  • Prepare presentations per 6 months
