Job Description

Undertaking new product development and innovation

Choosing the right design concept and fundamental technology to use for new products or upgrades for existing products to ensure competitive pricing

Oversee projects in Product Innovation, process and performance reports, data and analysis

Negotiating contracts with consulting firms to conduct research or studies

Ensuring all Product Innovation activities of the organization meet the requirements

Provide input to improve the manufacturing process
Bachelor degree or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or related.

Have min. 3 years of experience in the seasoning division (dry & paste) at FMCG company is a must

Project management, marketing research, quality management system, HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSC, Sanitation 7 Hygiene, Presentation, have computer skills

Can work in a fast-paced environment, detailed, result-oriented, can work under pressure, good communication skills, strong in coordination, delegation, and enthusiasm
