Job Descriptions
Responsible to handle social media content of Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook).
Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Create quarterly editorial plan content in each social media platform.
Create good and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) including writing creative captions to increase engagement & followers.
Responding to audience inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner.
Collaborate with online community & Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) of social media influencers including engage in idea of campaigns and negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial deal.
Collaborate with related Department to develop strong communication ideas.
Analyze, monitor and measure of every social media content and make a report every week & month.
