We have an exciting role for you in the marketing field with our most talented colleagues. This role reports and work closely with Regional Marketing Director and HQ Team based in Hongkong to manage end to end initiatives for developing marketing programs to carry out millions upon millions of deliveries. You'll have ample opportunity to flex in overseeing all of Lalamove's marketing in Indonesia.

What you will do
Develop an overall marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
Brand Awareness: Position Lalamove in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved and increased engagement from customers and drivers.
Local Campaign Management: Lead the development, management, and execution of local campaigns, working closely with creative and media agencies, internal sales, driver operation team, and HQ to develop trackable, measurable integrated communication projects.
Public Relations and Media: Lead the development of local events and PR to maximize cross-promotion & brand exposure opportunities.
Innovation: Lead local extensions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunts, guerrilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of Lalamove in the markets.
Partnership: Build strategic long term partnerships to increase our user base.
Digital Marketing: Devise digital marketing programs ie. digital advertising, websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing, and e-marketing campaign management.
Retention: Create local retention activities to retain existing customers
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tactics for effective lead generation.
What you will need
