Assist customers with various technical problems around MileApp

Periodically send issues updates and developments to clients

Create Tickets and Issues for the technical team as a way to escalate technical problems
Bachelor’s Degree of Information Systems / Information Technology

Minimum 1 year(s) as IT Support

Know how to work with Postman, Json, & Data Analytics

Actively provide updates about issues

Can communicate well with clients

Willing to work with night shift
