Job Description

About the role

The Production Administrator is responsible to provide administrative support to the production team in our Cikarang Plant

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly plant reports (production, downtime, OEE, compliance with system objectives, absence report, leave balance report, etc.) by coordinating with production supervisors.
  • To control stock and make a purchase request for consumables in production when stock has already reached reorder points.
  • Maintain / manage and properly store all files, documents and records and make changes according to the instructions of the manager / SPV.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all files, records, documents, formulas and machines and devices of our company.
  • To administratively support all new or revisions / changes to SOP & WI, if necessary.
  • Creation of a production KPI report and derivation of the KPI report by team / shift for evaluation (weekly, monthly).
  • Distribute all operator welfare (uniform, PPE, etc.) to production employee, office supplies, PPE, etc. required by the operator in the workshop.
  • Create and update an inventory card for production consumables, check that they do not run out (coordinate with the production company and the production assistant).
  • Periodic update of the table of performance in production and distribution of the disposition of the shift team.
  • To collect and track GMP, CCP, hygiene reports (with all production SPVs, foremen, managers)
  • To support the Production Manager in administrative work.

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelors in administrative field, or related
  • 1 year experience working in Food Manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Fast learner and strong will to succeed
  • Have basic knowledge of procedures (SOP / WI), GMP, ISO / FSSC22000 (preferred)
  • Proficient in computer literrate skill, Microsoft Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solutions oriented – comes with good problem solving skills
  • Team player who is customer-oriented
