Job Requirement

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Requirement:
Male, maximum age 30 years old.
Candidate must be posses at least Bachelor Degree in IT, Electrical Engineer, Food Terchnology or quivalent. (GPA minimum 3.00).
Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
Management and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team
Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline.
Willing to be placed in Semarang or other city.

Job Description

IT
  • Analyze the company’s technology needs, develop systems and software, implement hardware and software, conduct tests and maintain ongoing operations of all systems.
  • Evaluate the company’s systems and determine needs for upgrade.
  • Create disaster recovery plans for corporate data and systems, also assess data risk factors.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the operations of IT department.
  • Assist with new user orientation.
  • Ensure that each workplace has good IT equipment and provides the necessary special equipment.
  • Make IT equipment specifications requirement for company standards.
  • Perform repairs or replace hardware and software on the workplace on time as required.
  • Support IT project as well as department’s project.
  • Supervise the IT Department.
  • Make a department’s report as required.
  • Maintain company assets
ENGINEER
  • Define, monitoring and standardize maintenance activities
  • Provide support, technical standard and other engineering coordination roles
  • Maintenance organizing with the 3rd party
PRODUCTION
  • Plan, organize, direct and carry out optimal day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order requests, specifications, quality, and planning targets through coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes.
  • Prepare annual production budget, monitor progress, and determine actions for required cost issues.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental and quality regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results.
  • Increase production capacity and flexibility while maximizing efficiency and maintaining current quality standards
  • Controlling operations and budgets that have been made by the management plan
  • Check program achievements and provide input to Management on problems that arise and what corrective actions are needed both (technology, tools, human resources, operations, etc.)
