Job Description

We’re looking for a Candidate Acquisition Intern to join our ID Marketplace team to help Growth Team acquire more candidates into the platform and deliver its value proposition. This role is suitable for those who want to learn growth from a tactical perspective.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Learn how to assess quality profiles in the job landscape
    • Acquiring relevant candidates and performing user onboarding accordingly
    • Communicate and be part of experimentation team to test value proposition towards relevant candidates
    • Conduct other ad hoc tasks related to the candidate's acquisition & reactivation scope.
