Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Indonesia Job Description
  • Planning display packages for each campaign and preparing pitch decks,
  • Systematic documentation and tracking of each moving part of the campaign execution,
  • Coordinating with channel owners on bookings and execution,
  • Liaison with MS Account Manager/KAM on booking confirmations, requirements, timelines, creative guidelines and package booking in the system,
  • Performing quality control checks on submitted creatives,
  • Preparing proof of execution during campaign period,
  • Performing checks on traffic and pricing during campaign period,
  • Preparing template for post mortem reports.
Job Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in E-Commerce or similar industry ( Advertising Agency/Media Publisher/Tech startup )
Strong ability to pay attention to detail,
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills,
Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision,
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Extreme attention to details
Fast turn-around working style is required
Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude
