Job Description

Calculate Payroll (overtime, deduction, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

Coordinate with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for any issues.

Maintain employee master data by updating any changes in employee data.

Take record on employee leave and attendance (late in, early out, etc.)

Identifies, writes, and implements Human Resources policies and guidelines regarding the HRIS.

Serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, recruitment, Payroll, and Finance areas with regard to operations and the HRIS.

Provides other support to Human Resources management and staff as assigned.
Know and understand/work with a HR/Payroll system that offers this functionality.

A comprehensive knowledge of human resource practices.

A thorough knowledge of the organization and its policies and procedures.

A full understanding of how the HRIS software operates and which functions it intergrates with.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, all major

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

FAMILIAR WITH HR INFORMATION SYSTEM IS A MUST.
