Job Descriptions:

  • Provide accurate and timely support for payment ops (under BPO) in all countries for activities related with Financial Product (incl. but not limited to: bank statement checking, coupon or point creation, refund process to banks or payment gateways, PayLater related activities, add or change profile account)
  • Point of escalation for daily operational issues and maintain communication with all Traveloka partners in Financial Product (incl. but not limited to: banks, payment gateways) via various communication channel
  • Perform daily and weekly report on payment health system
  • Handling customer facing cases related with Uangku product
  • Perform routine monitoring on Financial Product tools or slack chanel and escalate to related team for any issues in a timely manner as per SOP
  • Provide ad-hoc support for any Financial Product workstream (if needed)
