Job Description

  • Lead a team of Technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the production lines (eg testers, jigs and assembly benches) safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and implement sustainable system/ engineering fixes and prevent recurrences.
  • Plan and deploy preventive maintenance programs and budgets, and analyze/ measure their effectiveness and uptime sustainability.
  • Maintain proper records of spare parts relating to inventory, usage pattern, criticality/ availability, refurbishments and timeline, re-ordering, cost management.
  • Prepare SOPs and ensure the availability of updated PM/CM documents related to the equipment
  • Develop the team’s capabilities through continual sharing, learning, skills training, improvement projects, and equipment familiarization through in-house and external (eg vendor) resources.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports about maintenance programs, issues and improvement works.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant and hands-on experiences, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of TPM, project management, FMEA, statistical analysis will be prioritized.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to train and lead effective and productive teams for fast turnarounds.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Undestand with PLC programing
  • Undestand with VB.net programing
  • Willing to be based in Batam.
