Job Description

Deskripsi pekerjaan Kepala Produksi (Project Line Sewing) Finest Garment

  • Mendesign Line Sewing dan melakukan line balancing
  • Memastikan kegiatan produksi berjalan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan dan SOP yang telah ditetapkan
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap Cycle Time dan Line Balancing pada seluruh proses produksi (Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Finishing)
  • Memastikan biaya produksi efisien sesuai target costing
  • Melakukan continuous improvement untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, kualitas produk, maupun efisiensi penggunaan resources
  • Melakukan analisa masalah pada seluruh proses produksi dan melakukan problem solving terhadap masalah yang muncul
  • Mengelola seluruh resources di Divisi Produksi meliputi material produksi serta SDM untuk memenuhi tujuan produksi
  • Mengevaluasi kinerja SDM di Divisi Produksi
  • Melakukan pembinaan terhadap seluruh SDM di Divisi Produksi jika diperlukan
