Job Description :

  • Menentukan standar kontrol kualitas
  • Mengawasi proses produksi
  • Mengorganisir perbaikan dan pemeliharaan rutin peralatan produksi
  • Memantau proses produksi dan menyesuaikan jadwal yang diperlukan
  • Memantau standar produk dan melaksanakan program kontrol kualitas
  • Bertanggung jawab sebagai penghubung antar departemen yang berbeda
  • Memastikan bahwa pedoman kesehatan dan keselamatan diikuti
  • Mengawasi dan memotivasi tim pekerja
  • Meninjau kinerja pekerja
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan

Kualifikasi :

  • Berpengalaman minimal 3th dengan level manager
  • Berpengalaman dibidang produksi. Produksi garment lebih disukai
  • Usia maksimal 35th - 40th
  • Bertanggungjawab, jujur, teliti, tepat waktu, dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Tegas, mampu mengayomi bawahan

  • SMA/SMU/SMK (Diutamakan)
