Job Description

Working closely with data scientist and technical product manager to implement products and features, and test their impact on business metrics

Designing and developing front-end and back-end applications and database architecture

Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards

Debug and modify complex, production software

Write technical documentation, account for the delivery of technical roadmap items on time

Learn full-stack performance tuning and optimization

Explore improvement both on source code and process
Minimum 1 year of experience in software development, coding with algorithms & data structures

Must be proficient in JavaScript and familiar with Python

Must be fluent in English and Bahasa, written and spoken

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields

Proficiency developing frontend in React or similar web frameworks, and strong Javascript & Typescript/Node.js/Golang experience

Firm grasp of algorithms, algorithmic complexities, design patterns and principles, clean code, and pragmatic aspects of programming

Exposure to large-scale microservices architectural patterns, such as well-designed REST APIs.

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Excellent communication skills, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, ability to think critically system growth, and stability
