Persyaratan

General Architecture / Interior Design skills:

Excellent technical drawing skills
Excellent presentation, space planning, and drawing/sketching skill
Knowledge in creating complete documentation drawing from Plans, Elevations, Reflected Ceiling plans, Equipment plan, Details, and Specification.
Ability to field measure
Proven work as a drafter or similar role
Hands-on experience with 2D CAD software (AutoCAD)
Familiarity with 3D Modelling tools (SketchUp)
Ability to always meet deadlines

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in Sketchup
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator and other Graphic design software proficiency) is a plus
Ability to operate in Microsoft environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to generate ideas such as concept and space planning and be able to portray the ideas using sketches, descriptive words, and imageries.
Ability to produce photorealistic rendering using Sketchup and/or 3DsMAX (Vray) is a plus

We are Earth Lines Architects – A contextual inspired architecture firm; creating tropical architecture that connects to Mother Earth. We build a responsive design that is thoughtful, playful & enriched by its environment.

We are looking for an architect/interior designer who can contribute to our design ideas, to work with our vision and help translate that vision into a design, and that design into a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and see-through projects, following/from concept development through to completion.
Liaising with project managers, architects, designers, and engineers throughout the entire design stage
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
Managing individual tasks and projects and collaborating with other designers, consultants, and construction professionals.
