Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking for a position as IT Project Manager in KeDA Tech. As a Project Manager, your main task will responsible to lead the IT operational team and discuss with the clients about their IT needs.

Job Description:
Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and inhouse Lead Team

Planning out for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance

Assembling and leading the project team

Participating in and supervising each stage of the project

Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines

Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible

Working together with Procurement team for material sourcing, buying, and delivery

Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion

Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests

Serving as liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information

Delivering and performing regular checks on the product’s performance (Quality Control)

Requierment:
Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or in related field

Experienced in handling project minimum 2 year and successfully completed at least 1 project

Have a good knowledge of programming languages

Having full project lifecycle experience and experience in both managing and negotiating skills

Able to working under pressure to meet the project timeline

Excellent knowledge of project administration and strong documentation, governance and control experience

Good comunication skills and manage team

Good English skills in writing & speaking
