Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Build and expand your team
  • Maintain team target sales and achievement
  • Achieve personal target sales and recruitment
  • Establish and maintain relationship with prospective clients
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fits the customers profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree /Diploma in any field of study
  • Have a strong Selling skill, Interpersonal skill, Leadership, team management, recruitment skill, and passion for helping others
  • Having a good understanding of products and is able to advise clients
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing related to Financial services (insurance)
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and target driven

Important notes :

This is a part-time opportunity as our partner, it does not required you to do it full-time.

Commission based income, Rewards and contests for bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: Rp500,000,000 - Rp1,500,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
