The Buyer Direct position will be based in Batam, Indonesia.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Responsible on PO loading, monitor supplier OTD, execute POAN
Pull in of shortage part to meet CTB date, escalation to GCM for critical part pull in with supplier
Push out/cancel for order with excesses to minimize inventory & E&O
Collaboration with SQE, make sure MRB clear on time with disposition from supplier
Collaboration with AP, SBM & supplier, ensure all invoice & PO price variance resolved timely
Other relevant task, as assigned
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years related working experience in Manufacturing environment
Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of policies and procedures.
Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
