As a GQ (Global Quality) QMO (Quality Management Office) Request Analyst, you will be responsible in delivering excellent customer support by managing customer related requests in SFDC (salesforce.com) through collaborating with customer facing teams and key functional groups (including Product Engineering, Package Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc.). Customer support includes request for relevant product or process information that is crucial in establishing/maintaining good relationship with Micron's customers. You will be responsible in providing overall guidance on information that can be shared to customer facing teams based on your high level or technical knowledge of Micron's products across different technologies.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Evaluate customer requests submitted in SFDC and determine if request abides by Micron's security/confidentiality rules, industry standards, and guidance from customer facing teams and functional groups
  • Facilitate information gathering from functional groups or Subject Matter Experts and document the response to be given to customer
  • Coordinate and facilitate reviews with account teams and functional group to ensure alignment on communication that will be sent out to customers
  • Support and coordinate First Article Inspection related requests from SFDC
  • Provide recommendation on information or data to be provided to customer facing teams based on high level technical knowledge of Micron's products
  • Manage status of open requests, including uploading of documents and emails/logs associated with requests
  • Manage and maintain document libraries or knowledge database that house generic product/process information for account teams to use
  • Manage salesforce dashboard and monitor process related metrics including turnaround time and quality of information provided
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency of all processes
  • Act as a main point of contact for salesforce guidance or questions related to customer requests
  • Provide SFDC training to customer facing teams and new hires, as needed

Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer facing information required
  • 3+ years of experience working with customer facing teams required
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor processes is required, memory is preferred (knowledge of product technologies - DRAM, NAND, mNAND)
  • BS degree or higher degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration
  • Project/Program Management experience
  • Prior experience with SFDC, SAP, Teamcenter preferred

Work Environment
  • Ability to manage schedule to work across global time zones is required.
  • Flexibility to manage urgent customer needs is required
