Who we are looking for: We’re looking for a talented Website Designer with lots of experience on WordPress and can work directly with our clients to help them get the site of their dreams.   • Lots of experience designing custom WordPress websites - We have our own proprietary WordPress website builder which is very similar to some of the major themes (i.e. Divi, Elementor) and so we’ll expect you to have some nice examples of websites that you’ve built on those types of frameworks.
  • Amazing communication skills - We have the best reviews on Facebook and Google (https://www.facebook.com/pg/AgentFireSites/reviews/) because our designers understand the importance of responding quickly to client emails and maintaining excellent communication.

Required web design skills:
  • Designing custom websites.
  • Knowledge of SCSS, CSS3, CSS, HTML.
  • Expert in responsive design.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Expert client communication.
  • Fluent English.
  • Bonus if you have experience in the real estate industry or working on real estate websites.

Compensation:
  • $17-$30/hr
  • Up-to a $100 bonus for every client leaving a positive review.
  • Commission bonuses for any up-sell you make while working with clients.

Hours & timezone: For the first couple weeks while you are learning the ropes, we'll load you up with about 20hrs of work per week. However, we can quickly move you to 40-50hrs once you are able to take on projects on your own.
Our company focuses on clients across North America, and while we are flexible with hours, we'll expect you to work within traditional "working hours" (EST) during the day Monday to Friday.
