  • Handling Food & Beverage Department operational
  • Act as section head or Outlet Manager
  • Supervise the team performance
  • Act as trainer for the team members
  • Working on special projects assigned by General Manager
  • Reporting directly to Director of Food & Beverage
  • 6 months internship in F&B Department, focusing on F&B Outlets and Banquet, and F&B operations in General

Work Experience

Having at least 6 months experience of internship or employment in 5 star hotel or luxury environment.

Understand the hotel operational especially Food & Beverage

Ability to work under pressure in all aspect of job function

Ability to maintain guest and company confidentiality

Ability to communicate effectively

Possess good administration skills
