We are looking for a Driver Engagement Senior Associate, based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. Job Descriptions

  • Responsible to improve and maintain drivers' service quality
  • Monitor & analyze driver quality issues periodically
  • Prepare preventive activity to ensure drivers will be responsible while processing the order
  • Find the solution to decrease lost & damaged goods cases
  • Setup follow up action when drivers violate the code of conduct
  • Create digital or online education - training material
  • Assess, develop, and refine the whole driver quality journey

Requirements

  • At least 2 year experience from operations background, preferably from startup company.
  • Understand with Jakarta market
  • Ability to communicate in local languages are preferable
  • Join or have strong connection with drivers community in Jakarta
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
  • Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
