Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for supporting Projects related to People Systems and Analytics (collaborating with other teams, gathering requirements, aligning with vendors, creating documentation, planning change management communication, etc).
  • Answering general questions coming from different teams and stakeholders related to the improvement of HR systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc Reports to different teams and stakeholders based on queries.
  • Validating data within and between HR Systems.

Job Requirements:
  • FINAL YEAR STUDENTS or FRESH GRADUATES from any major.
  • Has a passion to learn new technologies (especially related to HR systems and analytics).
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Located in Jabodetabek – Indonesia.
  • Able to attend a minimum 6 months of internship period.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday (9 working hours, including 1 hour break).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) or Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar).
