Job Description

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Designing, developing and implementing Training Program for people development and organizational development to align with the organization's needs today to future business goals.
  • Setting up, developing, and improving an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes for all levels of hiring.
  • Improving and reviewing compensation structure and benefit to be competitive and align with the regulation.
  • Managing payroll process includes taxtation, improving and reviewing compensation package to be competitive.
  • Managing and improving Human Capital in all areas
  • Able to develop a strategy for People and Organizational Development.
  • Able to set up, develop, and improve an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledgeable in drafting employment contracts and other documents in accordance with legal aspects and regulations.
  • Has experience in industrial Relationship with Labor Union.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, rules & regulations.
  • Able to join immediately (mandatory)
