About Australian Defence Jakarta
The Australian Defence Staff Jakarta are responsible for carrying out Defence’s mission as it relates to the Australian-Indonesian Defence relationship. It does this through these tasks:

1. Facilitates the conduct and enhancement of the Australian-Indonesian bilateral cooperation program on behalf of
the CDF and Secretary as well as service chiefs;
2. Informs Australian and Indonesian stakeholders about the context, assets and opportunities underpinning our
security interests; and
3. Responds to CDF’s preparedness and crisis management directions.
About the position
Under direction and in accordance with established policies the Administration and Registry Clerk (ARC) maintains the Defence Section Registry, including Mail, Correspondence & Filing; co-ordination of all purchases of both consumables as well as assets, Representational gifts and promotional products on behalf of VIP visitors and the Indonesia-Australia Alumni Association and provide support in Diplomatic Flight Clearance process.
