ABOUT THE ROLE
Client Lead maintains clients by providing insight or updates to the clients, managing day-to-day client servicing, monitoring the financial status/administration of the clients. Other than that, the job is also focused on growing the business where we need to conduct sales activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a good relationship and maintaining the relationship with the client is a must.
Ensure that the service and data delivery to the clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meet the company's quality standards conduct sales activities with the team, in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations.
Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Holds Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable University
1-2 years working experience in consumer and media research, media agency and digital agency.
Possess good knowledge of Quantitative research experience for various industries and media.
Strong report analysis, excel with numbers and statistics strong in computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suites (Docs,Sheets,Slides, Data Studio)
Able to communicate in English and able to work as an individual and in a team
