Responsibilities

Exists at site to manage plant Outbound Logistics (End to End Responsibility of released FG dispatches) and to maintain documents and follow up process.
To maintain regular communication and co-ordination with production department and Quality assurance department, Supply Chain for FG material management (receipt and dispatch) of the FG to CFA.
To co-ordinate with transporter for on-time delivery and process transporter bills.
To co-ordinate with Production and Quality Assurance department for FG releases on priority basis.
Keep regular communication with depots with regard to supplies, liaising with transport service providers and regular tracking for FG dispatch and delivery.asing, invoicing, issuing and Shipping of released finished goods, and maintain all documents related to FG dispatches.
Ensure adherence/compliance to Records Management policies and procedures, as applicable.
Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Maintain MHE properly.
To see the truck drivers are following the proper unloading/loading safety SOPs.
Record of the scrap material.
To handle scrap arising in the warehouse and undertaking its movement from the warehouse to the scrap yard and then to the customer after its sale.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from Logistic/Transportation or Store management
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
This position requires 8-10 years of relevant experience. Experience of handling minimum 50 SKUs at a time
Knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations, Planning and Scheduling.
Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, ERP.
Good Knowledge of Computer applications (Excel, Word etc.).
Sense of urgency, collaboration & teaming.
