Support the development and implementation of HR projects, such as, but not limited to, Workforce Management (WFM) modules, attendance machine system, payroll, employee engagement survey (Pulse Check), appraisal, or any other ad hoc projects.
Assess and identify the opportunity to improve and automate HR processes.
Work collaboratively with various department/function and HRBP team to develop and implement solution in addressing and resolving the challenges and bottlenecks.
Support HR projects to be done on time, on budget and on scope with high customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates on progress of doing HR projects to keep everyone on track.
Gather requirements for improvement in WFM, support the development with product team, perform UAT, training and Go-Live with users.
Manage WFM user role & access
Follow up WFM live issue and create ticket in ticketing system
Draft, maintain and update SOP and WI for HR in Warehouse and submit the SOP and WI to Document Control
Monitor the tracker for HR Projects
Willing to be placed in Bekasi Warehouse
Bachelor Degree of Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Management.
1-3 years working experience.
Understand the entire spectrum of HR program, life cycle and processes
Experience in working with many stakeholders.
Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effective communicator.
Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude.
Strong process, analytical and project management skills.
