Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

You will be responsible but not limited to these following task :
Career & Performance management - Providing support to ensure all stages are completed well (reminders, program info, coaching sessions and navigating the performance management system), counseling relationship management, facilitating briefing or learning session on performance management program.
Performance review - Managing meeting schedule, attendance list, reminder & invitations, navigating review workbook & providing HR insights during meetings, data management & approval processes, preparing reports and promotion-progression announcement
Performance improvement plan - Coordinate with Career Counselors and Managers to enable the implementation of performance improvement plans, handling queries on the plan.
Onboarding program - Facilitate first day briefing sessions, coordinate with other dept on first day activities, managing day to day onboarding program implementation, material management.
Requirements :
Min. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Psychology from reputable university.
Min 1,5 - 2 years in HR for medium sized organization
Having work experience in either learning & development/performance management/people development/talent management.
Possess organizational experiences
Good English skills both written and spoken
Proper team work, work commitment & communication skills.
Good analytical skills & attention to details.
Microsoft Office skills.
Resilient, agile and able to work under pressure.
