Production Line management and scheduling
Sewing line analyzation and optimization
Calculate sewing targets based on our time studies and ensure we are staying on schedule
Work with other departments coordinating schedules and ensure we are all working together to stay on schedule for our deliveries
Analyze individual sewer performance and evaluate areas to improve efficiency as well as coordinate replacements for sewer that are not achieving their targets.
Suggest improvement for better management of our production
Create and implement new policy and procedure approved by upper management
Train employees on new implementation of policy and procedure approved by upper management
Internal audits of protocols and procedures
Manage the machine maintenance of all machines in the production department and make suggestion of upgrade to any machines in a effort to improve efficiency
Educate and train new and existing employees, including onboarding new employees
Train employees on stitching and technique
Attend and participate in the morning manager briefing and present any upcoming issues of concerns for the production department.
Management of the production line, including communication of staff absenteeism and performance to the HR Department.
Planning the manpower cost upon production.
Manage schedule for the production operators line, cutting line, and cutting marker.

Contract length: 24 months
