YOUR ROLE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
  • To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
  • To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people key performance indicators (KPI).
  • To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating at a site level.
  • To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds their productivity targets.
  • To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Solid leadership skills + operational background
  • Time Management skill
  • able to converse fluently in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • min 3 year experience in related field
  • Understands warehouse operational safety
