Job Responsibilities

Manage and review all contracts and correspondence to related parties and to ensure that all requirements and obligations are fulfilled.

In coordination with Procurement Department about contracts and conjuction with other related Department in order to draft contract in accordance to terms condition and other Legal principles.
To manage and review all contracts in coordination with other related Department and Adaro Group Legal Services in order to ensure all contracts are delivered according to the needs.
To provide the recommendation of resolves issues according to related agreement.
To manage and coordinate the correspondence in order to support the Company operational.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Law, preferably from reputable university
Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in contract administration in Power plant/Oil & Gas Industry with significant legalize exposure
Knowledge of legal and commercial requirements involved with contracts
Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization, varying seniority levels including staff, managers and external partners
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal and written)
