Business Function

DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities:

  • Support Team Lead on optional and alternative solution within Project Assigned
  • Support Team Lead on projects related with regulatory system related such as Antasena, Regla.
  • Support Team Lead on projects related with channels such as Digibank and ATM projects related and Data Quality projects
  • Support Project team Lead from Operation unit especially in implementing projects within time, budget, and quality
  • Assist to create, review, and validate any testing scenario related to projects and enhancements
  • Support users providing analysis/investigation of production issues and assist with solution implementation
  • Ensure project and enhancement documentation (Scorecards/BRD/FSD/SOP) are created and reviewed correctly to meetusersrequirements and identify any risk related to the projects
  • Assist users on testing and UAT required during project implementation
  • Assist users on projects implementation together with local and regional technology team
  • Assist users socialization/training whenever required

Requirements:

  • Graduate from reputable University with IT background is preferable
  • Experience in managing project around 5 years, preferable in banking industry
  • Experience in handling project related Core banking system, preferable Finacle application
  • Good knowledge on retails and treasures products
  • Project management skills
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Team oriented and good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to understand, determine and articulate requirements to achieve goals
  • Understanding of banking processes
  • Understanding of the working of a bank especially in the operational and servicing aspects
  • Understanding of the functionality of the various system used by the bank
