  • To partner internal stakeholders by ensuring budgeted headcount is onboard for running smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure implementation of appropriate HR Operations solutions aligned with business direction and aligned with the short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Legal and Administration:
    • Liaison with government authorities like Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employee State Insurance, Labour and Employment Cell and Industries Department etc.
    • Compliance to all State and Central Statutory Provisions pertaining to Labour Laws.
    • Discipline Management.
    • Implementation of Transfers, Confirmation, Separation and Promotions.
    • HR-MIS
    • HR Budget
  • To facilitate Goal Setting exercise and ensure performance reviews are done as per corporate guidelines within stipulated timeframe.
  • Career and Succession Planning initiatives and implementation of Personal Development Plans.
  • Implementation of Employee Engagement Initiatives.
  • Implements regional, standardized HR operations processes that can be implemented at the local level.
  • Payroll management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Post Graduate in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 10-12 years relevant experience.
  • Skilled in resource allocation to meet tactical demands and strategic business needs.
  • Excellent analyzing / decision making ability.
  • Customer (internal and external) driven approach.
  • Expert knowledge Statutory & regulatory requirement applicable to HR.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and Computer skills (MS Office).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environment.
  • Through understanding of process criteria & regulations & business impact of decisions & actions.
  • Ability to technically review documents from other areas for departmental impact.
