Job Descriptions:
  • Support Organization Development and Talent Management operational activities and projects (Performance Appraisal, Job Evaluation, Job Analysis, etc)
  • Conduct data processing and analysis to support the activities and projects
  • Implement Performance Management process under supervision

Requirements:
  • Undergraduates/Freshgraduates from Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant background are welcomed to apply
  • Comfortable with handling and processing data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace especially Excel/Spreadsheet
  • Interested in Organization Development and Talent Management
  • Great collaboration, communication, analytical, and critical thinking skill
