Help to build and promote code of conduct values to be actionable and become daily habit among employees.
Execute, monitor, and review various employee internal communications through several engagements activation (email blast, newsletter, pocket book, etc)

Final year or graduated student from Accounting/Management or Design major
Mandatory to understand or to be interested on code of conduct affairs
Strong creative and analytical skills
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
Willing to be placed in Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah
Minimum 3 years working experiences in Facility management related to electrical/ electronic system maintenance.
Develop and define electrical system KPI.
