Job Description
  • Key duties as an electrical systems owner for systems such as High voltage and mid voltage systems. Also responsible to manage Energy management program (Ex: Energy Efficiency and ISO 50001 implementation), Renewable energy activities incl. projects, Electrical IWO tasks and driver of electrical predictive maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for site electrical safety and also drive programs which are related to Electrical Safety.
  • Technical support and guide to FCM electrical works and projects. Define & update work instruction and SOP for electrical system. Technical training and sharing within FCM about electrical work to improve the competence and knowledge of electrical work within FCM. Conduct continuous improvement on FCM electrical system. Expectation is to make sure your systems has Zero downtime.
  • To ensure his electrical system design installation, trouble shooting and maintenance is following Bosch safety requirement, guideline and local guideline.
  • Responsible for safety checking of your electrical system maintenance, system safety.
  • FCM electrical project management: Conduct project management with excellent quality work, cost control and on time delivery. Responsible to update project status during weekly meetings and responsible to submit weekly report to your supervisor.
  • To make sure all electrical projects have a proper RFQ and scope which is agreed by customer. Changes in RFQ are to be acknowledged by customer. Facility acceptance test need to be conducted after each project and agreed by customer.
  • Owner of electrical system reliability, capacity and up time control. Develop and define electrical system KPI. Also responsible in updating monthly system uptime, PM completion, Capacity, CM status and cost spending of his systems.
  • To be responsible for machine hook-ups.
  • To co-own electrical system local regulatory permits. To ensure this permit is as per local government requirement and valid at all time.
  • Involve in all Internal and External audits. Ensure all OPL's related to this audit is closed in a timely manner.
  • To work closely with Site Safety Officer (HSE) and DH in ensuring safe work practice is always practiced in Bosch.
  • To coordinate all external contractors in their work, safeguard the compliance of health, safety and environmental obligations.
  • Responsible to support IWO activities which relates to his electrical systems. All electrical changes should be soft/hard copy documented, obtain approval from requestors and DH (create Work On), proper documented QAQC and handover.
  • Define and develop electrical system SOP, PM schedule (assist operations), work instruction, strategic supplier management, required workforce (assist operations), KPI and continues improvement plan for electrical systems.
  • Work hand in hand with consultant or other FCM coordinator in electrical system improvement.
  • Responsible to plan and manage electrical system spare parts to unsure all the critical system long lead time are in controls. Responsible to order and keep sufficient critical electrical spare parts on site for all electrical systems.
  • Control and optimize electrical system utilization Define energy saving activity in electrical system. Expectation is to drive energy conservation project.
  • Responsible to work closely with respective departments to resolve all FCM electrical system related issues. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
  • Responsible for planning cost for operation and upcoming projects in electrical systems for business planning and cost forecasting.
  • To attended and complete to any other duties assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.
  • Responsible to support facilities urgent calls or call back when required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in Facility management related to electrical/ electronic system maintenance.
  • Experiences in electrical engineering planning and projects, project management, energy management, Chargeman certificate.
  • Experiences in preventive maintenance and facilities system trouble shooting,building maintenance management.
  • Meticulous, result oriented, motivated, resourceful, self-starter, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business partners.
  • Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training.
