Job Description

Summary

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division.
  • Ensure that Maintenance and project targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
  • Conduct regular communication meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
  • To represent the Engineering function on the hotel's Executive Committee in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
  • To actively assist in the accurate operational planning of the Engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Indonesian National with a degree in Mechanical /Civil/Electrical engineering
  • Has minimum 5 (five) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
  • Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Strong in leadership and business acumen
  • Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
